RENT:

RENTAL TERMS:

1. Fifty percent of the rental amount is payable upon booking. The reservation will be guaranteed only when this payment has been received.
2. The balance of payment is due 3 weeks before the start of the rental period.
3. Payments can be made by wire transfer; for which we will assume all charges:  Full details are provided at the time of reservation.
4. The 50% deposit is not refundable.
5. The rental charge includes linen, hot water, heating and air conditioning, electricity, local telephone, taxes and a weekly maid / housekeeping service.
6. No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
7. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
8. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
9. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Again, let us know if this is inconvenient for you.  We can always arrange for you to leave your luggage in the apartment, or to bring it to the apartment earlier than normal.  

RENTAL PROCEDURE

1. Check availability.   Click here
2. Fill the reservation form and submit it.
3. Send 50% deposit immediately. We prefer a wire transfer. We will contact you by email with details if you have chosen this form of payment on the reservation form.
4. Three weeks before arrival, pay the balance of the rental.
5. At least one week before arrival, contact us to tell us your estimated time of arrival; we'll explain the keys, etc.
